I was born in Alessandria on October 27, 1961, into a family deeply rooted in tradition and excellence.

​

My mother was a passionate teacher, while my father, Vincenzo Rossello, was a prominent cyclist who raced as a domestique for legends such as Bartali and Coppi. His prestigious career included 12 Giro d’Italia races, 4 Tour de France races, 8 Milano-Sanremo races, and a World Championship.

 

From a young age, I stood out for my insatiable curiosity and sensitivity. I served as an altar boy and deeply appreciated the opportunity to read during Mass.

At the age of six, I received a Silvan Magic Kit, a gift that sparked my passion for the art of illusion. This interest seamlessly intertwined with a growing fascination for esotericism, leading me to purchase my first book on Raja Yoga at just 12 years old: "14 Lessons on Yoga Philosophy" by Yogi Ramacharaka. This book marked the beginning of a journey of personal discovery and inner growth that continues to this day.

Noticing my curious nature, my parents gifted me a CB radio. This fueled my passion for communication, and in time, I earned an international amateur radio license (IW1BBA). I particularly enjoyed speaking with people on the other side of the world, in an era when such communication was far from easy. By my early teens, I had built an impressive array of antennas on my rooftop, much to the annoyance of my neighbors! By the age of 14, I was already performing paid magic shows, including appearances for the Radio Montecarlo Club, discos, and village festivals.

My exploration of the mystical led me to collect tarot decks and study astrology through the works of Sementovsky Kurilo, as well as explore palmistry, dowsing, numerology, and runes. My peers nicknamed me “The Magician,” comparing me to the Magician card from the tarot deck. Alongside my studies, I trained in martial arts such as Aikido, Kendo, and later Hapkido at the Kodokan Academy in Alessandria, where I achieved the rank of II Dan.

A decisive encounter occurred on a beach in Albisola Marina, where I met Fabio Fazio, with whom I collaborated on numerous performances, especially during Ferragosto celebrations. Another key figure in my development was Valerio Fontanella (stage name Valey), whose mentorship profoundly enriched my understanding of the magical arts. Additionally, the fortuitous discovery of the entire Encyclopaedia of Magic by Father Salvatore Cimò further expanded my knowledge.

In 1976, I joined the Italian Magic Club, sponsored by Alberto Sitta, who appreciated my dedication to magical theory. My first published article, "The Signature on the Card", appeared in Magia Moderna in 1977 under the stage name Magic Nayos, a play on the Greek word μάγος, meaning “wise.” During those years, I frequented Bologna’s Crest Hotel, a hub for internationally renowned magicians.

While continuing to perform and innovate, I balanced my passion for magic with academic pursuits. After graduating from high school, I enrolled at the Polytechnic University of Turin, where I earned a degree in electronic engineering. This academic path fueled my interest in quantum mechanics and the intersection of science, philosophy, and faith.

 

Despite social and familial pressures to pursue a “serious” career, I remained committed to my artistic endeavors, performing independently and collaborating with organizations such as Club Med and Valtur. Moreover, for ten years, I worked as a self-employed professional with a VAT registration, specializing as an illusionist and entertainer. 

 

During this time, I also had the opportunity to perform opening acts for prominent comedians from the TV show Drive In, further enriching my artistic experience.

In the 1980s, I broadened my horizons by delving into scuba diving and aviation. I became a certified diver and later a PADI instructor, specializing in areas such as Peak Performance Buoyancy. Simultaneously, I pursued my passion for aviation, eventually earning a private pilot’s license and acquiring a small plane. My love for sports cars led to achievements such as third place in the Milano-Sanremo race with a Ferrari California and first place in the Gran Tour Ferrari in 2011.

In recent years, I have returned to the world of magic with renewed enthusiasm. I strengthened connections with national and international artists, assuming leadership roles such as Vice President of the Circolo Amici della Magia di Torino and Director of Italy’s National Magic Team. I have also had the honor of being qualified as a judge for the International Federation of Magic Societies (FISM).

My publications include several books, notably Leadership e Consapevolezza (2013), which sold out its first print edition and is now available as an ebook.

 

A significant milestone in my career was acquiring the Silvan Magic Library to preserve its treasures for future generations of artists.

​

Outside of magic, I have served as CEO of Paglieri S.p.A., Selectiva S.p.A., Agopag S.p.A., Schiapparelli S.p.A., and as President of the Italian Cosmetic Industry Association (Cosmetica Italia).

 

These experiences have allowed me to contribute to publications and international conferences, exploring ethics, leadership, and the interplay between science and spirituality.

Through all these paths, I remain a tireless seeker—always curious, always striving to bridge the visible with the invisible.
